2. Statement of Work

SkillForward offers:

- Access to software solutions

- Creation and delivery of digital learning content

- Consulting and Support Services

3. Conclusion of the Contract

A contract is formed through an order or a written agreement.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

- Subscription model (monthly)

- Payment in advance

- Automatic renewal unless canceled

5. Termination

Notice period: 30 days to the end of the month

Can be submitted in writing or digitally

6. Rights of Use

Non-exclusive, non-transferable license

Use only to the extent agreed upon

7. Availability

SkillForward strives to ensure high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Liability

Liability for Willful Misconduct and Gross Negligence

No Liability for Indirect Damages or Lost Profits

9. Data Protection

The separate privacy policy applies.

10. Changes

SkillForward may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified.
